Pack Battles

A new stage game, every Friday at 5:00 PM UTC. Two challengers rip a gacha pack each at the same time, the pulls get priced on the spot, and the lower price card wins the battle. Signups fill the bracket first come, first served, and it all goes down live in #tcg-den.

Your Discord username, not your server nickname, so the hosts can actually find you when your battle gets drawn.

One signup per person. The first 16 fill the bracket, the next 16 make the waitlist. The list rolls over every Friday when the stage goes live, so if you miss the draw, sign up again for the next one.

How a battle runs

    Signups close, the bracket drops

    The first 16 signups fill the bracket. The next 16 make the waitlist and step in, in order, if someone no-shows.

    Rip together

    Two challengers open one gacha pack each, live, at the same time. No picking, no re-rolls.

  3. 3

    Lower price wins

    The pulls get priced on the spot and the cheaper card moves on. Yes, the worse pull wins: heartbreak is finally a strategy. Last one standing takes the bracket.

Same table stakes as the league: one person, one account, and rulings on stage are the hosts'. Battle results don't move the trivia standings. They just settle who packs worse, on the record.
