FAQ

Is this the official Jupiter community site?

Yes. community.jup.ag is the official home of the Jupiter community. Even so, practice good link hygiene: cross-check important links against jup.ag and the pinned links in the official Discord.

How do I get started?

Join the Discord, grab your roles, and introduce yourself. That unlocks most of the community. The homepage walks you through your first steps.

How do Discord roles work?

After joining, open the opt-in notifications channel near the top of the server and react to pick your interests: trading, dev, regional, campaigns. Roles control which channels and pings you see, and you can change them any time.

Will Jupiter or its mods ever DM me first?

No. Real team members and mods never DM you first, never ask for your seed phrase, and never DM you about “support”, “airdrops” or “verification”. Treat any such DM as a scam.

How do I host my own meetup?

Pitch your city in Discord and we can help you get it off the ground and promote it. Conferences and meetups with dates show up on the News page.
